Altered G45 Chalkboard

I finally finished the chalkboard I altered using the G45 Place in time papers.
I wanted a card organizer that I could write the names each month of who I needed to make and send cards to so this is what I came up with.

I wanted to use only Place in time papers but I love all of the little tags so much on each page I couldn't bring myself to use the paper on the back so I used my 6x6 French country paper stack for the flowers and the card box.

I made all of the flowers using mostly TH dies and then just cut and altered them to make them look more 3D.

I took elements from every month in the paper stack and placed them all around the board.

The card slots are large enough to hold cards up to 6" wide

This little altered envelope holds all the calendar months. I just pull out the current month and clip it into one of the altered clothespins on the board.

My first card for the new organizer.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Bridal Shower

I made this card for a co-workers bridal shower this weekend.

I was having a hard time with the image in front of the window until I saw the cutest card on Pinterest with the hearts made into a bride a groom.  I think she will love it!

My friend Rosie and I also altered a box and placed a poem inside the lid
and candles to match the poem inside the box but I didn't get pictures of that.

This is where that inspiration came from

Just a few modifications and it worked perfectly. You can find the poem and instructions for this

Have a wonderful weekend!

Adorable Tart Tins

I received a Tart tin a monthly kit and never having played with these before I was at a loss as to what to do with it!
Pinterest to the rescue!
I think the colors are beautiful.
This one is from a site I could not find anymore called international stock food.

My Favorite of them all!
The website is gorgeous as well. I can lost for hours looking at all the vintage goodies!

Another site I got lost in for hours!

I dont know where to find tins that tiny but I LOVE them!

and then my own little tin creation

I have so many beautiful pins and I use them in almost all of my projects,  a pretty place to display them in my studio until they get new homes seemed like a great idea!
